Heart Condition (part 2 of 3)
In the same way God raised Christ from the dead, and seated Him at His right hand, so He has done to us and for us who are Believers.
Heart Condition (part 1 of 3)
We who are followers of Christ are given a new heart when we are transferred from the kingdom of darkness into the kingdom of light.
Addressing God (unabridged)
How does it make you feel that God prefers to be called, “Father?” While He goes by lots of monikers—Yahweh, Elohim, King of kings, Lord of lords, Savior, Jehovah—He asks that we call Him, Father.
Addressing God (part 2 of 2)
I do believe He wishes to convey that we are His family, that through Christ we are worthy to be in His presence, and that He is approachable.

Is Jesus Sufficient? (unabridged)
By definition this means, Christ is adequate to get us into heaven; enough to get us by in life, and able to do through us those things required of us.
I don’t think so!

The second is the God we have been discussing. He does not serve us.
Is Jesus Sufficient? (part 2 of 3)
Jesus Christ does not love me only enough to adequately satisfy my need to be loved. He loves me beyond my ability to comprehend. He loves me more than enough to fill up the infinite capacity of God, which is beyond knowledge

Models to Follow
The fact is, showing someone what to do is much more effective than telling someone what to do.

Woohoo! New Site
I've been absent for a few days--building things. I realize your life has been on hold, wondering what happened to me, and I apologize (sort of).
Truth? (unabridged)
Are you a lover of the truth? Or philosophically, can you know the truth? Truth has taken a lot of abuse, especially over the last century and a half. Beginning with Hegel’s musings and progressing through the relativism and tolerance of our age, truth is under fire.
Truth? (Part 2)
But I asked at the beginning of my thoughts, “Are you a lover of the truth?” If you think about it, it would seem odd to ask, “Are you a lover of scientific methodology?” While there may be those who genuinely love methodologies, you generally appreciate or value a method and you love a person.
